Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer:

Shipping promotions or expedited options may be updated periodically at our discretion.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Please note:
- delivery timelines are estimates only
- delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or high-volume periods
We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.
Fulfillment Partners
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party logistics providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
As a result:
- some orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging
- tracking updates may originate from Amazon Logistics or affiliated carriers
This does not affect the authenticity or quality of your product.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery, The Art of Tallow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
