By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or purchasing products from The Art of Tallow (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Because our products contain natural ingredients, texture, scent, and appearance may vary slightly between batches.

 

5. Orders, Payment & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, address verification issues, product availability, or pricing errors.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be limited-time, limited-quantity, and may be restricted to one-time use.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once the carrier receives your package:

• risk of loss transfers to you, and
• we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.

 

7. Fulfillment & Shipping Partners

Orders placed on our Site may be fulfilled through third-party logistics and fulfillment providers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

When fulfillment partners are used:

• orders may ship in Amazon-branded or third-party packaging,
• shipping timelines are estimates only,
• tracking updates may be provided through integrated fulfillment systems.

We may share limited order information necessary to fulfill your order, including:

• name,
• shipping address,
• order details, and
• contact information.

We do not receive or store Amazon login credentials or sensitive Amazon account information.

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied, please email support@theartoftallow.com and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we may offer one of the following remedies, in our sole discretion:

• replacement,
• store credit, or
• refund.

Important limitations (to prevent abuse):

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or confirmed delivery date).
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a specific product.
• Excessive or repeat refund requests may be denied.
• We may request photos for quality assurance.
• The guarantee does not apply to misuse, intentional damage, or failure to follow product directions.
• This guarantee does not override any mandatory legal consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

 

9. Product Use, Allergies & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use only.

17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@theartoftallow.com with the subject line “Dispute Notice” and provide a brief description of the issue and the relief requested.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed as follows:

Except where prohibited by law, you and Your Home Express, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court.

Class Action Waiver

You and Your Home Express, LLC agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

20.1 Severability
